2. Services Description

Irish Start provides the following services:

• Website hosting services
• Domain name registration and setup
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Free Website Development

3.1 Limited Time Offer

Our free website development service is offered to the first 100 businesses on a first-come, first-served basis. This offer includes:

• One-page professional website
• Mobile-friendly responsive design
• SEO optimization
• WhatsApp and direction buttons
• Gallery options and modifications

3.2 Exclusions

The free development service does not include:

• Domain name costs (€15.99/year)
• Hosting costs (€9.99/month)
• Custom complex features beyond standard one-page website

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Hosting Services

Hosting services are billed monthly at €9.99 per month. Payments are processed through Stripe and are due in advance.

4.2 Domain Services

Domain registration is billed annually at €15.99 per year. We register domains on your behalf and handle all technical setup.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe payment processing. All payments must be made in advance of service delivery.

5. Service Level Agreement

5.1 Uptime Guarantee

We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for hosting services. In case of downtime exceeding this threshold, we will provide appropriate compensation.

5.2 Support

Technical support is provided during business hours. Response times may vary based on the complexity of the issue.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Making timely payments
• Providing content and materials for website development
• Communicating requirements clearly

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of their content, images, and branding materials provided for website development.

7.2 Website Code

While clients own their website content, Irish Start retains rights to the underlying code structure and may use similar designs for other clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

Irish Start shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

9.1 Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Access to hosting services will be discontinued
• Client data will be provided in standard formats
• Outstanding payments remain due

9.2 Domain Transfer

Upon termination, clients may request domain transfer to another registrar. Transfer fees may apply.

10. Force Majeure

Irish Start shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
